Somewhere Between Here & ThereMy name is Echo and I have chosen to take the next 4-5 years to live on the road. My dog and I will be traveling by bicycle through all 50 states, stealth camping and working only when I need the cash. Along the way I will rehabilitate stray dogs and find homes for them as well as finding speaking engagements on a variety of topics regarding the degradation of America; resource overuse, animal abandonment, health and exercise, over building as well as green conservation and wilderness protection. I am also a dog behaviorist and will work with anyone who has behavioral issues with their dogs. I have several goals I hope to accomplish while on my travels. First, I will be writing a book based on my observations and experiences while traveling that I want to publish. Second, I have noticed a need for cyclist/backpacker guide books for each state. I will be compiling information and photos of all 50 states to publish into separate guide books. Third, I want to garner enough recognition that I will be able to design and produce my own label of affordable cyclist commuter clothing, backpacking/touring gear, and dog gear devoted to outdoor pursuits. Financially, I will need help with spay/neuter and immunizations of stray dogs, dog food, leashes, collars/harnesses as well as food, fuel, gear and repairs for my bicycle.
